We hope you're enjoying your summer! Here are your important community updates for July:
Outstanding HOA Dues: We currently have 16 homeowners who have not yet paid their 2025 dues, totaling $9,600. The total outstanding amount owed to the community is $26,753.31. If you are one of these homeowners, please reach out to the board to bring your account current. Timely payments ensure our community runs smoothly.
August Meeting – Governing Documents Review: Join us for our next community meeting on Monday, August 12th at 6:30 PM at Five Forks Library. We’ll be reviewing our governing documents and discussing potential updates or changes. Any proposed amendments will be voted on during the annual meeting. Your voice matters—please attend and participate!
September Meeting – 2026 Budget Planning: Mark your calendar for the September 9th meeting, where we will begin discussions on the 2026 community budget. This is a great opportunity to provide input on how community funds are allocated.
Volunteers Needed – Fall Mulch Project: Mulching our common areas has been quoted around $20,000. While some funds are budgeted for 2025, we’re hoping to save on labor by gathering community volunteers. If you’re available to help in September, please email the board. We can provide volunteer hour documentation for students for community service requirements.
Pool Grill Removal – Fire Code Compliance: Per fire code regulations, open flames must be at least 10 feet away from combustible surfaces. As a result, the grill currently located at the pool area will be removed. Any future grilling must take place outside the pool fence, in the parking lot, and only with a gas grill.
