We hope everyone is enjoying the final stretch of summer. Below are your August community updates from the Board of Directors.

Annual Meeting & Board Nominations

We are preparing for our Annual Meeting in November, and this year we will have open Board seats due to several members stepping down. Copper Creek relies on engaged homeowners to keep our neighborhood strong, and we encourage anyone interested in serving to consider running.

A formal nomination form will be distributed in September. In the meantime, please reach out with any questions about responsibilities, time commitments, or the election process.

Social Committee – Fall Yard Sale

The Social Committee will host the Fall Community Yard Sale on Saturday, September 12th. More details to come.

Financial Update

Copper Creek continues to make strong progress on annual dues collections.

• Current outstanding balance: $15,776.50

• Homeowners past due: 7 total

  
  

This is the lowest outstanding amount in years, and we appreciate everyone’s efforts to stay current and support community operations.

September Board Meeting

The September 8th Board Meeting has been canceled due to scheduling constraints. If you have questions, concerns, or items that need attention before the next meeting, please contact the Board directly.
