I. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by President Jay Walters. Also present were Santy DiSabatino, Mark McCann and Donna Evans.
II. Approval of Minutes - A motion was made to accept the minutes from June 11, 2024 as read. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
III. Treasurer Report - Donna presented the May financial report. A motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously to accept the report as presented. A motion was made to transfer $25,000 from prior year surplus to reserves. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
IV. Committee Reports
A. Social- Jay reported the July 4th event went very well and the next event is ice cream social in August.
B. Pool - Jay reported that the pool furniture was put together and thanks to those who did it. Jay made a motion, seconded and passed unanimously to change the hours for the pool from 8 am to 8 pm.
C. Communications - Santy had nothing new to report.
D. ARC - Mark had nothing new to report at this time.
E. Landscape - Jay reported the committee is gathering quotes to bring to the next meeting.
V. Old Business
A. Playground Mulch - Jay reported the mulch will be installed Thursday and should take few days to install.
VI. New Business
A. Picnic Table at Playground- tabled due to cost
B. Playground Evaluation - Jay presented the report and is looking at the report to see what needs to be done.
VII. Open Discussion
Owner ask if a property owner builds something on their property and if it is not approved what steps are taken by HOA. Mark informed that the owner will get fined and the owner will have to submit an ARC and if not approved it will have to be removed. If an owner sees anything wrong please take a picture and send to CAMS management.
