Important Update: New Key Fob Access System for Copper Creek Pool

Dear Copper Creek Residents,
We are pleased to share an important update regarding pool access for the upcoming season. To strengthen the safety and security of our community amenities, Copper Creek will be transitioning from a gate code entry system to a key fob access system.
Why We Are Moving to Key Fobs
This upgrade provides several meaningful benefits for our neighborhood:
Improved Security: Gate codes can be shared, guessed, or circulated outside the community. Key fobs ensure that only authorized residents can enter the pool area.
Better Access Control: If a fob is lost or a household moves, access can be deactivated immediately—something not possible with a universal gate code.
Reduced Unauthorized Use: Key fobs significantly limit non‑resident entry, helping keep the pool safe, clean, and available for Copper Creek families.
Enhanced Monitoring: The system allows us to track usage patterns and address issues more efficiently.
Key Fob Distribution
One key fob will be provided at no cost to each address in Copper Creek.
Households may purchase one additional fob for $25.
If a fob is lost in the future, replacement fobs will be available for $50.
How to Request an Additional Fob
If your household would like to purchase the optional second fob, please follow these steps:
Log into your CAMS Portal
Select Requests
Choose General Request
Select Amenity Access
Submit your request for one additional key fob
