February 2026 Board Meeting Follow‑Up

Thank you to everyone who participated in the February board meeting. Below is a summary of the key topics discussed, along with several important reminders for all homeowners.

Land Near Lee Vaughn Road — Possible Annexation
A parcel of land located just outside Copper Creek, to the left on Lee Vaughn Road, may be annexed for mixed residential and commercial use.
Residents who would like more information or wish to hear the discussion firsthand are encouraged to attend the upcoming meeting:

February 19th at 6:00 PM
Fountain Inn Court — 300 Wall St
Your participation is welcome.

Landscaping & Entrance Improvements
Enhancements to the front entrance of Copper Creek are underway to improve curb appeal.
• Mulch installation is expected in approximately 30 days
• Select bushes will be removed
• Additional aesthetic updates will be made to refresh the entrance
More details will be shared as work begins.

Pool Key Fobs — Important Deadlines & New Process
If you would like an additional key fob for the pool, please submit your request and payment no later than February 28th.
• Each household will receive one free fob
• Households may purchase one additional fob
• There will be one fob distribution day at the pool toward the end of March
• Any fobs not picked up that day must be retrieved from the CAMS office in Greenville
• Requests submitted after February 28th may take up to 15 business days to process

Future Key Fob Process
Going forward, the process for obtaining a new fob will work as follows:
1. You submit a request for a key fob
2. CAMS adds the charge to your account
3. You submit payment
4. CAMS receives payment and sends your information to the key fob company
5. The key fob company programs your fob and mails it to you
This process takes time, so please plan ahead if you anticipate needing an additional fob.
More details on the March rollout will follow so you can make arrangements.

2026 HOA Dues — Past Due
We currently have 44 homeowners who have not submitted their 2026 dues.
The total outstanding amount, including all past‑due balances, is $44,282.
Copper Creek operates on a very tight budget, and these funds are essential to maintaining our neighborhood, amenities, and ongoing improvements. If you have not yet paid, please do so as soon as possible.

Book Club Update
The next Copper Creek Book Club meeting will be held:
February 17th at 8:00 PM
Please visit the Book Club group on Facebook for details on the selected book and location.
