You will be receiving notice in the mail for the upcoming 2026 Annual Homeowners Meeting coming up November 11 at 6:00 at the pool pavilion.
Attached in an email you also received was additional documents for the annual meeting, including a proxy, candidate nominations, and the 2026 budget.
Dues for 2026 will remain the same, at $600. As a reminder, payments are due January 1, 2026 and will be late after January 31. Payments can be made through your Owner Portal by echeck, credit card, draft. Or you can mail in a check to:
