Beginning in 2026, the ARC Committee will vote on requests twice per month:
1st of each month
15th of each month
Depending on when CAMS provides the committee with a complete request, it may take up to two weeks for your request to be approved or denied.
Important ARC Guidelines & Tips
Association Documents require that any change to the exterior of your property must be approved before work begins. This includes any modification visible from the outside of your home or lot.
Please keep the following in mind:
Incomplete forms or insufficient information will be automatically denied.
The review timeline does not begin until all required information is received. If the forms are incomplete or insufficient information you will not need to pay again when you re-submit.
Failure to follow the ARC process may result in fines or other sanctions.
Non‑approved changes can also create issues when selling your home.
Interior changes generally do not require ARC approval, unless you live in a condominium or co‑op where interior walls or components may be considered common areas.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines. Proper ARC compliance helps keep Copper Creek a beautiful, consistent, and well‑maintained community for all residents.
If you have any questions, please reach out through the CAMS Portal.
