Architectural Review Tips

Hello Neighbors!

With so many new homeowners in the community, we felt this would be a great time to provide helpful tips and guidelines around some of the most common Architectural Review Committee requests and provide some guidance. Please reference the Protective Covenants that can be accessed through your CAMS homeowner portal for additional information. The goal here is to maintain a community-wide standard that maximizes the value of our homes.

In an effort to make this simple…

Any exterior construction, addition, erection, or alteration must be submitted in writing to and approved by, the Architectural Review Committee.

That includes, but is not limited to…

• Fences/Hedges

• Landscaping

• Screened/Open Porches

• Pools

• Sheds/Outbuildings

• Driveways

• Additions

• Sprinkler Systems

To begin an ARC review request, log into your CAMS homeowner portal and click, “Submit a New Request” towards the bottom of your dashboard. From there, click “ARC Request” and complete the form. When you’re finished, click “Submit Form”. We do our best as a group of community volunteers to respond to these requests promptly.
